These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the SkilUpp website and learning platform. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Each account is for one person. Do not share your login details or let anyone else use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us straight away.
• We may ask you to verify your email address before you can access some features, such as lessons and purchases.

2. Courses and access

• When you enrol in a course, you get personal access to its lessons and materials for as long as your enrolment is active. Some courses may have an access period that ends on a set date.
• Course content, schedules and mentors may be updated to keep courses current and relevant.
• Free demo classes are offered to help you decide. Booking one does not create an obligation to buy.

3. Use of course content

All course content, including videos, lessons, files and downloads, belongs to SkilUpp or its mentors and partners. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You must not:

• copy, record, share, resell or publish course content;
• share access to paid content with people who have not enrolled;
• try to get around access restrictions or security measures.

Digital products, such as templates and resources, are licensed for your personal use unless the product description says otherwise.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each course or product page. The price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.
• Paid access starts once your payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• If online payment is not yet available for an item, the item page will say so. Contact us to ask about other ways to join.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Results and certificates

• Results are recorded by our team and appear in your dashboard once they are published.
• Certificates are issued when the requirements of a course have been met. Each one has a unique number and a verification code.
• We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained dishonestly. A revoked certificate is shown as revoked on our verification page.

7. Acceptable behaviour

Treat mentors, staff and other learners with respect. Do not post or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and do not try to disrupt or misuse the website. Reviews and messages should be honest and relevant.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the platform or puts other users at risk. Where appropriate we will explain why. You can stop using SkilUpp at any time and contact us to close your account.

9. Disclaimer and liability

We work hard to provide accurate, high-quality courses, but we cannot guarantee particular results, such as a job, a promotion or an exam pass. The website is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, SkilUpp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where SkilUpp operates.
